BARBARIAN

Barbarians are born to kill! They rush into the battle with no fear and if they're angry enough they go into a berserk that often cleaves their enemies into half. They're not resistant to magic and swing their big two-handed axe fast to kill anything that might use magic on them. Barbarians are low on defense, but can shrug off a lot of damage unless it is magic. They wear leather armor so that they can easily leap from victim to victim because they know that acting fast is their best way of surviving.

The barbarian is a good one vs one combatant. They can outdamage most healers if they only hit with their big axes. They're weak against magic, but one hit is often enough to send any wizard to the ground. They might have some problems versus plate armor classes such as warriors and paladins, but besides that their wild swings are often enough to win.

High level Barbarians hate magic more than anything else and have a tendency to go after Wizards first if they see one.

Upgrades

At level...

5 - Knockdown now has a 25% chance of knocking down the target instead of 20%.

10 - Berserk now is a +4 strenght selfbuff instead of +3.

15 - Lightning Reflexes now also increases your weaponskill with 10.

20 - Lightning Reflexes now also increases your weaponskill with 15.

25 - Berserk now also gives you a 1 AF selfbuff.

30 - Berserk now also gives you a 2 AF selfbuff.

35 - Lightning Reflexes now also increase your parry with 10.

40 - Lightning Reflexes now also increase your parry with 15.

50 - Thanks to the hate of magic the barbarians have he/she will now try to find enemy wizards as fast as possible in hope of killing them early. All enemy Wizards detaunt gets reduced to zero when facing this barbarian. This gives the Wizard just as big chance getting targetted as a Warrior or Paladin.

75 - Knockdown now has a 30% chance of knocking down the target instead of 25%.

100 - Everytime the barbarian takes damage he increases his mdps with + 2. He works up a fury that won't get resetted until the end of the fight.
