RANGER

The Ranger is deadly both from range and in melee. They do prefer to weaken or sometimes even kill their enemies with their bows before they draw their short swords to finish them off. The ranger can call for a loyal pet companion to come fight for them and they have some of natures buffs like thorns that put some nasty extra damage on their arrows or swords. They know how to fire a rain of arrows to a spot and hit several enemies and they even have a self-heal making them a very tough opponent in one versus one battles. The ranger is equipped with a longbow, a pair of short swords and studded armor.

The ranger is a wellrounded class and have skills that are all good making it hard for the enemies to know how to defend. It is a very good one versus one class and the only problem they have is versus high damaging classes such as assassins and barbarians. If they can keep the distance and avoid their high damage attacks early on they will probably win.

Skills

- Selfheal (1-3 heal on self)

-Snipe(+15 range skill to the ranger only for the rest of the round)

- Call For Pet (A pet that attacks your target for up to 4 in damage. This attack is undefendable)

- Thorns (+3 to damage for the rest of the round to the ranger)

- Rain Of Arrows (1 in damage to all enemies unless they roll a successful dodge roll)

Upgrades

At level...

5 - Snipe is now + 10 to kite as well. This adds up so everytime he uses this ability his kite gets close to 100. When it is at 100 the ranger is so good at kiting in this fight that he will use his bow all the time.

10 - Selfheal is now 1-4 instead of 1-3.

15 - Ranger gets a Lion instead of a wolf inflicting 1-6 in damage instead when using Call For Pet.

20 - Snipe is now + 20 to kite as well. This adds up so everytime he uses this ability his kite gets close to 100. When it is at 100 the ranger is so good at kiting in this fight that he will use his bow all the time.

25 - Thorns is now +4 to dmg instead of +3

30 - Rain of Arrows is now 2 in damage instead of 1.

35 - Snipe is now +15 weaponskill as well.

40 - Ranger gets a white Tiger instead of a lion inflicting 1-8 in damage instead when using Call For Pet.

50 - The Ranger completes the Melee Mastery. The Rangers gets better at using his/her swords increasing weaponskill and strenght with 100. The extra strenght will also increase the damage with the bow.

75 - Snipe is now +20% rangeskill and +20% weaponskill instead of +15.

100 - Pet Stun. If the pet hits it has a 20% chance of stunning its target.
