SHAMAN

The Shaman is a healer and a caster and uses the magic in fungus and earth to overpower his enemies. He is not the best healer and not the best caster, but a good mix making him a very dangerous opponent in the battlefield. He is using a life drain spell to hurt his enemies from distance and that gives him back health so if the enemies do not close the distance, then they'll find themselves versus an opponent running around with pretty much full health.

The shaman also has some nice area of effect debuffs and damage spells and an absorb shield to a group mate. The shaman is a very capable fighter in one versus one battles and especially if they see their targets first so that they can set the perfect tactic. Like all healers they do have problems with assassins, barbarians and rangers, but they have a chance versus any class they face without doubt.

Range Attack: Lifedrain (1-6 + intelligence bonus) Half of the damage is returned as health to the shaman.

Skills

- Heal (1-5 single target heal)

-Group Heal (1-3 heal to all in the group)

- Poison Cloud (Damages all enemies for 1 in damage if they fail resist-roll)

- Absorb Shield (8 magical damage shield for the rest of the round)

- Poison Wind (-20 to weapon skill to all enemies)

Upgrades

At level...

5 - Absorb Shield now increases Kite with 20% as well. This adds up so everytime he uses this ability his kite gets close to 100. When it is at 100 the shaman is so good at kiting in this fight that he will use his lifedrain all the time.

10 - Heal is now 1-6 instead of 1-5.

15 - Group Heal is now 1-4 instead of 1-3.

20 - Poison Cloud is now decreasing rangeskill with 10% if they fail resist-roll as well.

25 - Poison Cloud is now decreasing rangeskill with 15% if they fail resist-roll as well.

30 - Absorb Shield now increases kite with 30% as well. This adds up so everytime he uses this ability his kite gets close to 100. When it is at 100 the shaman is so good at kiting in this fight that he will use his lifedrain all the time.

35 - Poison Cloud is now 2 in damage instead of 1.

40 - Poison Wind is now -20 to resists as well.

50 - The Shaman completes the Lifedrain Mastery. The Shaman is better at getting off his lifedrain spell increasing kiting with 200. There is also a 50% chance that a successful lifedrain will knock back targets giving them no more chance to attack that round.

75 - Absorb Shield is now increased to absorbing 12 magical damage instead of 8.

100 - Healing Mastery (1-8 single target heal and 1-6 groupheal). The Shaman just got more groupfriendly getting a nice +2 increase to both their heals.
